This platform is webbased (.net technology) and connect to a SQL database allowing data to be incorporated in a structural manner.

As first step in the process the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are stipulated together with the management at strategic, tactical and operational level. These KPI’s form the basis for organized dashbords (Balanced Scorecard, Management by Objectives, CMMI, TPM, etc.). Eventually the KPI’s have to be chosen in such a manner that it reflects in one overview how the organization has performed.

To give eventually insight information in the performance of the organization, an accurate collection and relation of the data will be of utmost importance. The professionals of IQ-PCC ensure that the correct Transaction Data, Event Data and Master Data are collected, purified, transformed, stored and managed in a specially equipped Data Warehouse.
