IQ-PCC is a dynamic organization and has been built from a core team of 7 managing partners and a team of 25 professional specialists. These senior experts (in HRM / Finance / Manufactoring / BDM / SCM + WMS / Demand planning / Strategy Execution & Changemanagement / Project management / Sales & Marketing, etc.) are leading on their field and they contribute daily into realizing an optimum price-/performance ratio for our customers.

For the transition of our ideas and solutions in soft- and hardware applications, we have more than 1900 skilled employees available in India. This production unit is CMMi5, iTIL V3, ISO 9001:2000 and CSA certified.

Besides our core team we have a large group of reliable business associates and a large IT implementation partner who, if necessary, can offer extra capacity.

Managementteam

Huib Rentzing

Huib (1961) has started his career as a professional officer at the Ministry of Defense. The last 8 years of service in the Royal Army he has fulfilled several functions in the field of management and finance. At the moment he is still an active reservist and has in 2010, in the rank of major, been taken part in a mission in Uruzgan (Afghanistan).

As from 1998 he built up experience in several (semi-) government organizations as policy consultant, project manager and later on as a business development manager. Initially he did this in paid employment at a large IT Service Provider and the last 8 years as an independent entrepreneur.

In 2004 Huib has founded, together with some colleague business development managers, the `Association for Business Development in the Netherlands’. After 5 successful years the Association counted approximately 1100 members and associates. In 2009 he transferred his chairmanship to a collegue.

Hans J. Zuidema

Hans (1962) is an experienced interim, programme- and project manager (over 20 years of work experience) in the field of Information Technology and Logistics. After his technical IT study (HTS) he has specialized himself in logistical company processes. His logistical knowledge has been based on the postgraduate study ‘Transport and Logistical Service’ on the University of Tilburg (TIAS).

Almost ten years he has carried out tasks on behalf of an international software office (BSO, later Origin). Since 1996 Hans has been an independent interim manager operative in the field of Information Technology, SCM and Logistics.

Assignments have been carried out for DHL, Central Bookhouse, Ministry of V&W, Texas Instruments, Geodis Vitesse, Ernst & Young, ECT, Dupont, Nedlloyd, Oracle and Shell.

Ricardo Sinke (Accountmanager)

Ricardo (1976) has started his career within Ordina Holding NV, where he began in a commercial support function. Due to his open nature and his large network he soon grew out into the position of Account Manager within Ordina Transport, Trade & Industry. As an accountmanager he was responsible for several important ‘key accounts’ of Ordina TTI.

Subsequently, he developed into the function of External Hiring Manager at Ordina. After establishing a separate department within the internal Ordina organization, Ricardo together with two of his colleagues developed and implemented hiring policies. Eventually he was responsible for the supplier policy throughout the Ordina group.

From 2008 he became partner in a small IT company. Today Ricardo is active in the daily management of InterVision BV.

Specialists

Gertjan Prins (Construction Suppliers)

Gertjan (1966) driven, enthusiastic and committed, always working on new opportunities and making new contacts. His drive is improving organizations on Marketing and Sales and make them more innovative, creative and effective. Steering towards innovative cooperation (partnership), developing and commercialization of new business concepts and the choice for customers and their markets are essential ingredients.

With more than 20 years of Sales & Marketing experience in various construction suppliers like CVK (Limestone Industry), Skylight Manufacturer Vaculux (CRH) and within the concrete industry the ‘Edese Betoncentrale’ (Bruil Ede) the ‘VOBN van Nieuwpoort’ / ‘Betonson Holcim NL’, ‘BASbv’ and ‘VST Benelux’. Meanwhile there is the EPS Industry to add namely Industrial Business Unit Manager at ‘Kingspan Unidek’.

Ron Snijder (Logistics and SCM)

Ron (1968) is an senior expert in Supply Chain Management since 1999. He has expertise in line-, project- and staff positions. The last five years he has been active as a consultant and since 2010 as an entrepreneur. If process improvement is needed, he supports organizations on interim base or as a consultant.

In changemanagement projects his approach focuses on securing support from your people and your organization. Ron believes in people and in their value by involvement.

The specific combination of his expertise in ERP implementations and the logistics/SCM market, makes him very capable to translate business requirements into ERP solutions.

Alexander Boelen (Business Development)

Alexander’s motive is to help people and organizations innovate. He opens up new possibilities and makes clear how these are realized and implemented. He is a bridge builder who is able to create support for complex changes through clear language and clear structures.

Alexander likes to take the initiative, is a good listener. He brings people and organizations together, enables communication and explores the possibilities to create the best solution. He presents the solution and organizes the implementation. He prefers to work at a strategic level in international, multicultural and entrepreneurial environment.

Alexander is creative, highly analytical and can quickly internalize new knowledge. He has broad international experience and interest. He knows his languages ​​and sees cultural differences as an enrichment. His peers consider him a “thoughts leader” in the field of innovation, creativity, traffic & transport, civil engineering, media & entertainment, healthcare, geo information and mobile & wireless. He is creator, inventor and developer of new products and services.

Caroline Leijdes (Logistics & SCM)

As a logistic specialist Caroline has gained knowledge and experience during 25 years at several national and international companies, after her study HBO Logistic Management in Venlo (the Neherlands) . She feels like “a fish in the water” during executing complex projects.

Caroline has extensive knowledge of logistic processes in the supply chain and she is familiar with the logistic wishes and requirements of shippers and markets (i.e. retail, textiles, office products / supplies, computers & -supplies, audio / video and hospital logistics).
In the past years she has gained a lot of experience in mapping out the necessary wants and needs of automation.
