The Project Managers of IQ-PCC are all Prince2 and/or IPMA certified. They have many years of Project Management experience and are very familiar with your business processes. Our Project Managers plan, delegate, monitor and master all aspekts of the project. Moreover they motivate all stakeholders to achieve the project objectives within the desired performance aims for time, costs, quality, scope, benefits and risk.

Depending on the scale of the project, the Project Manager can be assisted by a Project Management Office (PMO), Project Assurance, Change Authority, Project Leaders and other professional specialists. The Project Manager is accountable to a Project Board in which the organization, users and suppliers are represented.

In the eyes of IQ-PCC a project can only be successfull if your employees can and want work with the new systems. For this reason we find that besides knowledge and experience with Project Management methods and techniques, our Professionals also must have other (soft) skills like: communicative, creative, resistant to stress, able to handle in politically sensitive environments, etc.
